New trainers needed a consistent, accessible way to build foundational skills, but live training was resource-intensive and inconsistent across regions.

Solution

I designed a fully digital Train-the-Trainer path — four hours of modular eLearning that covers essential instructional practices, classroom management, and learner engagement strategies. Modules were interactive, scenario-driven, and designed for self-paced completion.
